Call for student volunteers
ECSA 2019 is pleased to offer the opportunity to participate in the conference by helping us organizing the event. This call is geared towards students from around the world so they can participate in preparing and running the event from 9 to 13th September.
Responsibilities
Volunteer actions include assistance for people in the conference, workshops and keynotes, access control, welcome desk, preparation of merchandising bags, control of visitors flow and assistance in general, in order to make people feel comfortable and the event run smoothly.
Benefits
Being a student volunteer is an excellent opportunity to meet and interact with academic and industrial researchers and practitioners. We cannot afford bearing the costs of the accommodation and travel expenses, but we provide full access to ECSA that includes plenary sessions, tutorials, workshops, demos, and keynotes. We also offer you free meals (including the conference dinner) during the conference and the ECSA 2019 T-shirt. Finally, we will do our best to help volunteers finding their accommodation.
